Check in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival. We will make every effort to make sure your property is ready for check in time, however occasionally check in delays may occur especially during heavy departure days. NOTICE: Please do not go to the rental property location for check in.
Check in: During business hours, please come to our main office: 1810 Killington Road, Killington Vermont.
Late Check-In: We offer a 24/7 check in service at our sister property The North Star Inn: 78 Weathervane drive, Killington Vermont.
Check-Out:
Check out time is no later than 10 am.
There are no refunds for early departures.
You must be 24 years of age to reserve one of our properties.
Do not go to the property to check in.
Killington Rental Associates are not liable for any advertised amenities that are weather dependent and are not available during your stay. There are no refunds for early departures or late check-ins.
Some properties are currently on the market for sale, therefore it is beyond our control if the property sells. We reserve the right to relocate any reservations in said properties.
Damage Deposit : A damage deposit of $500.00 (condo’s) or $1,000.00 (houses/townhouses and any property with a private hot tub) is due upon arrival. This is an AUTHORIZATION on a credit card which will be released within a reasonable time frame of your departure date provided there are no damages incurred.
KRA is not liable for advertised amenities that are weather dependent & not available during your stay, such as Ski on/off, wifi, cable/satellite and power outages due to storms, etc.. No refunds for early departures or late check-ins.
