Spacious and clean space with a separate entrance to the first floor of my house. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a futon couch in the living room. It is a full kitchen that has the basics for cooking. The bathroom is clean and simple. You may hear some noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.
The road is private, and may not be plowed routinely. Snow tires or front wheel drive is recommended.
Located a mile from Woodstock!

The couch is a fold out double futon (not always the most comfortable). If the furnace is too noisy it helps to close the bathroom door.
Please turn off the heater when your gone for the day and when you check out.

You can enjoy a walk to the pond below. The area right behind the house is not open to guests.

There are linens for the futon in the coffee table/trunk.
There are great trails nearby at Mt. Tom/Billings Farm in Woodstock.
I do have an outside flood light with a security camera.
Please review the COVID-19 state of Vermont requirements before booking.
