The apartment is spacious and bright with beautiful views of the stadium and ocean. It is located in the heart of Greenpoint within walking distance of the promenade, V&A Waterfront and Greenpoint park. Furthermore, there are various shops and restaurants down the street making this the perfect lock-up and go in a quiet and safe area.
