The cabin has a nice and sunny location in Vesterøy, Hvaler - summer as winter! There are many nice spots if you like fishing. If gliding across glassy water at dawn sounds like your thing, you might want to try your hand at kayaking. Out in the nature, potentially experiencing marine life - it´s beautiful! There are two kayaks ready to use if you like (season for kayaks is apr. - oct.). You may also relax and achieve a momentary bliss in the Sundance jacuzzi, which is warm and ready 24/7/365.

The cabin is located not far from Seiløy and the Outer Hvaler National Park. The Outer Hvaler National Park was set up to preserve a distinctive, large and relatively pristine area in southeast Norway with complete ecosystems on land and in the sea. Coral reefs, varied hard- and soft-bottom communities, stretches with currents and varying depths of water are important elements in the marine natural history.
The cabin is a modern home with running water and are heated all year long. It is well equipped. You will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and a dryer. There is a 32 inch TV, DVD player, many DVDs, satellite channels and wireless speakers inside from Bang & Olufsen, which you may pair with your smartphone.
The cabin is located 19,7 km from Fredrikstad and it takes approximately 26 minutes by car. Skjærhalden, the "city center" for the Hvaler islands is 19,1 km from the cabin and takes approximately 24 minutes by car.
4,8 km (7 minutes) from the cabin you may find 3 grocery stores (REMA 1000, Kiwi and a COOP Extra), parmacy, restaurant, dentist and a gas station.
You can drive and park just beside the cabin.

Perfekt for deg som ønsker en aktiv ferie, samtidig som du får mulighet til å oppleve Hvaler skjærgården). Dette er noe som må oppleves, og forholdene ligger så absolutt til rette for kajakk på denne siden av Vesterøya. Rolig farvann med mange hyggelige viker og padleruter hvor du slipper å bekymre deg for motorbåtene.

Hytta ligger i ett rolig område med flere unike opplevelser uten for døren. Hytteområdet har en felles badevik og rekreasjonsområde med svaberg og bryggeanlegg. Utrolig flott for litt eldre barn som ønsker å hoppe og stupe - samt fiske krabber på brygga. Her er det også flotte svaberg hvor solen kan nytes til fulle. Og ikke minst er det utrolig beroligende og ta med seg en fiskestang og nyte roen og solnedgangen. Ellers ligger både Guttormsvauen og Kuvauen innen 10 minutters kjøring med bil. Dette er områder som ligger innenfor Nasjonalparken og har flotte sandstrender og supre svaberg hvor både store og små kan nyte flott Hvaler natur. Dette er steder som absolutt bør oppleves. Det er store kommunale (gratis) parkeringsplasser hvor man må parkere for å ta det siste stykket til fots.
