Our studio includes parking for a compact, midsize, or entry-level luxury car. If your car doesn't fit (SUVs won't fit) you'll need to use street parking, which is metered, or pay for parking at a nearby garage. Typical check-in is between 5-7pm (weekends: 3-5pm); check-ins later than 11pm are not possible. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in our studio. We also appreciate if guests avoid using strong perfumes/colognes while staying at our studio.
This modern studio is located in one of SF's newer buildings. It has light brown floors, brand new furniture, and includes wifi and a 39 inch flat screen TV which streams Roku, Amazon Prime, Netflix and over 60 local channels. In addition to the everyday essentials expected in a modern home (heating, oven, fridge, etc), a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer and a washer/dryer are included for your convenience. Our unit is extremely quiet; excellent for getting a good night's rest on a cozy queen size bed. The building's common areas are monitored around the clock for your security. The entrance to Highway 101 - southbound (to the Peninsula) and northbound (to the East Bay) - is 4 minutes away.
*** We have a "Ottoman bed" (single-size) & a queen-size blow-up bed, in the event 3 guests want to sleep on separate beds.***

Our guests have access to our entire, private, studio. A private parking space (fits compact, mid-size car and entry level luxury cars), operated by electrical lifts, is included. You'll also have access to our rooftop which has beach-style chairs, a BBQ and a beautiful view of the San Francisco skyline. Philz Coffee and a sandwich shop are located on the first floor.

Our building is located in the SF Civic Center - essentially in the center of town, an equal distance to all of the City’s nightlife options and places of interest - just 2 blocks away from the SF Opera, 3 blocks away from the SF Symphony and 4 blocks away from the SF Ballet.
