Coronado House is located in a quiet historic district and just a 10 minute walk (1/2 mile) to the downtown courthouse and whiskey row. This space (Unit B) is the lower level of an Airbnb house (completely separate from the top AirBnB unit though) and features 2 beds, 1 bath, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, wood fireplace, large sauna, and washer/dryer. Access to Amazon Prime Video, SlingTV, and Netflix via the Amazon Firestick.

There are two large bedrooms which offer ample space for guests including those with small children. We have a blow up mattress to use in one of the rooms or the living room for over 4 guests. We also have a pack-and-play for toddlers. Please understand that this is an older house and because of that, it's easy to hear the guests from the upstairs unit walking around (much like an older apartment). We advise both units to keep noise down but some noise is inevitable (99% of the time, people dont have any complaints about it). However, if you experience too loud of noise, contact us so we can relay that to the other unit. Other times, you may hear music from downtown (during big events in the summer), because of that we have dohm sound machines in the bedrooms to help. However, it's typically quiet as long as doors/windows are shut.
The bathroom features a large garden tub, sauna, and stand up shower. The house is located within walking distance to downtown Prescott and several local bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Thumb Butte. ***** Understand there is potential for noise. Coronado House is an older house and as such you will likely hear people walking around in the top unit. Aside from footsteps, it's expressed to both units to keep noise down. If there are any issues make sure to contact us. *****
During winter, snow may cover the alleyway making it difficult to access with a RWD car... pay attention to weather impacting your stay and if needed you can always park along the street and walk to the Airbnb. Not being able to drive in snow does not warrant a refund.
Lastly, the fireplace and charcoal grill may not be available to you during the summer as we can go in and out of fire restrictions. We'll try to keep you updated, otherwise look up Prescott AZ Fire Restrictions on google.

Hello! My wife Lauren and I decided to start AirBnB as a way to provide a relaxing space for people visiting Prescott. We started with Unit B, which was the downstairs unit in our house. After needing space for a woodworking hobby, we moved into another house and listed Unit A. We're very happy to be able to provide a space for people to enjoy... but if find anything you dont like about the space, please let us know! We're always trying to improve! A little about us... Lauren currently works as a supervisor of a retail store and has her own product line on Etsy ( Reflourish Botanicals ), some of which you'll find in the AirBnB. I am retired USAF, woodworker, and studying to become a Real Estate Agent (hopefully by end of 2020). I manage the AirBnB, clean, and maintain it.
