Single Room, very spacious right in the heart of Fairview Dublin birth place of Bram Stoker who in 1897 published the novel Dracula. with an abundance of bars in its own right it’s also the perfect suburb right on the edge of Dublin 1 in Dublin 3 which is the heart of Dublin city. Amazing location, 5 minutes’ walk from Croke Park, 20 minutes’ walk to city centre (depending on how fast you walk of course) and a fantastic public transport service with buses every 3 minutes which will get you into the City Centre in 5-10 minutes (Traffic depending like any major city)

Greeted by welcoming host who is happy to give advice & tips on the city. Host is a friendly welcoming male in late 30's, professional Mechanical Design Engineer and also a musician. Neil your host works on week days so will not be around the house until the early evening Monday to Thursday. The guest is more than welcome to stay in the home but I’m sure you would rather be out exploring the many things Dublin has to offer during the day, rather than spending it inside. Arangements can be made to drop off your luggage if you arrive before check in time.
