It is correct that we are a company as stated in our profile - at Allamanda where you stayed we handle more than 60 apartments having our full time staff and 24 hour reception assisting our guest onsite. Unfortunately we have no records of you reporting any issue during your stay.
When it comes to Allamanda and Laguna Area in whole - it is a very popular in general with very high satisfaction level - especially among Russian holiday makers. We understand that this accommodation seems not to have been suitable in your case.
Lastly, we are very much depending on our guests honest and reliable feedback in order to constantly work on giving a good service. You are mentioning that we buy positive reviews which is a total misunderstanding from your end.
I would like to highlight here in public that you contacted me on Whats App prior your departure asking for a late check out - in return you would leave a great review? As I explained we are always trying to be flexible and late check out is a subject on availability, having time to clean and prepare between guests. In your case we could not arrange this due to high occupancy and other guest arriving same day - and this personal disappointment might reflect your decision to leave worst review score possible here for us.
