Each floor consists of one accommodation unit. The ground floor apartment is accessible.
The ski areas Filzmoos, Flachau/Wagrain and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amade“ in summer as well as in winter.
Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The equipment of the apartments leaves nothing to be desired: all technical devices and kitchen equipment have superior standard. In the living room a Swedish chimney with a big glass window provides comfortable winter evenings, for cozy summer days a griller is available.
