A small, modern end-of-terrace house within walking distance of historic Cambridge, and only 12 minutes on foot from the train station - the whole house just for you!
Our cosy, quiet place has been refurbished to a high standard. With a brand new kitchen and bathroom, oak wood floors throughout, and modern central heating system, the emphasis is firmly on comfort and relaxation.
房源空間
The house is in a highly sought-after location, peaceful and yet close to many amenities.
Downstairs is an open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge has a flat screen tv and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils; everything you need to cook at home, and there is a real granite integrated breakfast bar style table with classy tall chairs for relaxed dining. Upstairs is a sunny double bedroom with views over local walled gardens.
In the newly completed bathroom there is an electric shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
The paved, south-facing garden is designed as a relaxing additional space.
Milk, bread, butter, tasty preserves and eggs are provided for breakfast, together with a choice of cereals, including gluten-free options on request. We keep the kitchen stocked with a selection of teas, and coffee is provided for you to brew in the mocha or cafeteria.
High-speed internet is available throughout the house.
This is a small house, and we feel that the space is ideal for two guests.
房客使用權限
Guests have access to all areas of the house, downstairs and upstairs, except for the very top floor. In addition, the bunk bed must not be used.
其他注意事項
The University of Cambridge dates from 1209 and the city offers a wealth of experiences for the visitor.
