Cosy one bedroom cottage with private parking on outskirts of Kirkwall ideally suited for a couple but also has a double sofa bed in the living area. Just 2 miles from the airport and 5 minute walk to the famous Highland Park Distillery. An easy 20 minute walk to St Magnus Cathedral in the town centre where there are all the usual amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with views over farmland. Wifi and heating provided at no additional cost.

There is a new kitchen/living area (completed March 2019) with double sofa bed. Fridge/freezer. Induction hob, extractor fan and built in oven. Separate shower room with heated towel rail. Bedroom with underfloor heating has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. Free wifi. Washing machine. Washing line. No smoking in the property.
Accessibility - 3 steps down from parking space to entrance door where there is one step into the cottage (photos attached). The cottage inside is all on one level. Self check in with lock box or I will let you in if I'm around.

You can get a bus to and from the town centre at the main road which is a 5 minute walk at most from the cottage. This is also where you can catch the airport bus.
Beautiful walks direct from the cottage around town, or in the country via lanes and bridleways.
