There is a view to kindergartens park and street. Very nearly is tram and bus station. In case of own or rental car, not far (about 5 km) there is a highway which is great connection to other interesting places and locations. Very close to apartment there are shopping center and many different malls and everything else what you might need.

Nearly too apartment is very nice lake which you can see by bike or little bit walking to this place.
