Several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, breweries, dispensaries, light rail (not yet running, but hopefully soon!) all within one to two blocks! Lots of space, in and outside of the unit. Lots of light and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home and the charm of Olde Town right outside your doorstep!

Lots of space inside and outside! Huge living room, spacious bedroom, cute front porch, and a backyard with picnic table and patio. Bathroom and kitchen stocked with all you need!

Main floor, front porch, back porch, one parking space (closest to the two storage units ONLY).

-PLEASE be respectful to neighbors by keeping noise to minimum, especially after 9:30 pm. House is old and walls are thin. No Parties!
-Thermostat for the entire building is controlled in main floor unit. Please be mindful of other tenants in building!
--There is no cable TV. The TV is only setup for streaming and live streaming through AppleTV. You may log in to an app of your choice and stream Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. The Screen Mirroring feature on your smart phone is also a good option to watch or stream live media through your phone to the TV.
-Feel free to enjoy the outside space, Apple TV, large open area to relax and especially all that Olde Town has to offer!
