Welcome to the Haver Studio! This private studio is located in a desirable neighborhood designed by architect Ralph Haver in the 1950's. The Haver Studio is centrally located within minutes of great restaurants, bars, hiking trails, sporting venues, and the airport. This is a private room attached to a house. You have your own entrance and the space is locked off from the rest of the house.

While staying at the Haver Studio, you’ll have your own parking spot, entrance, and private outdoor space to enjoy, including a patio and small yard. There is a plush, memory foam queen sized bed. The Haver Studio comes with a smart TV and Wi-Fi access. A kitchenette is available for you to test your culinary skills and is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. In addition, towels and some travel sized toiletries are provided for you. Towels can be replenished for you throughout your stay. Please note there is no stove or kitchen sink. If any dishes need to be washed we will be glad to take care of that for you. Bottled water will also be provided for you.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by on 7th Street’s “Restaurant Row”. If you're looking for a sporting event to attend, Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena are just a 15-minute drive to downtown Phoenix. If you’re in town for Spring Training, many of the facilities are also a short drive away. The Haver Studio is close to Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain so you can enjoy some great hiking trails. There are also several pools close by that are open to the public to help you cool off during the warmer months, including the pool at the Clarendon and Palomar Hotels. We are available to give you more restaurant and activity suggestions during your stay.
