Beautiful cozy A-Frame cabin on wooded one acre fenced property nestled in a community that is close to town and yet has a "country" feel. We enjoy the outside wrap around porch with an open upstairs loft functioning as an office/second bedroom. The loft is set up as a perfect work station but is also a wonderful spot to read a great book! The Cozy Cabin is a PERFECT GET-AWAY! Located 15 minutes from the Sebring Raceway! Conveniently near several golf courses and back roads for fun bike rides.

The loft is set up as an office. It has a trundle bed instead of a couch. The trundle bed can be pulled out and made into a king size bed or two twins. We do not have a closet in the Loft.

The Cozy Cabin on Hyacinth Ave is in a neighborhood of homes on 1 acre lots. Our lot is wooded and beautifully maintained. The wrap around porch provides areas of quiet and peaceful places to sit and relax.

John and I love working in our retirement community. Our life here in Sebring is a perfect fit for us! We enjoy biking to relax after work. We feel like the rural, hometown feel to Sebring is so relaxing, and yet we are only an hour or two to the beaches on either coast and to Florida's major cities. We feel like our country way of life here is amazing!!
