This lovely oceanfront home sits on 2 private acres with a stunning and expansive view of Penobscot Bay. The ocean side of the house is lined with windows and french doors open to the spacious deck--perfect for grilling, relaxing and taking in the view. Wonderful wooded walking trails out the back door and a private clay tennis court, as well as a member dock for swimming, both within walking distance complete the experience. The house had a wood stove and 2 zones of heating - for chillier weather in late fall, winter and early spring. This home is open, sunny and comfortable with water views from every room and wide pine floors throughout. The house has a half bath downstairs and three bedrooms and a full bathroom (with claw foot tub and separate shower) upstairs. The master bedroom has wonderful views, a full closet and queen bed. The guest room has a double bed, full closet and a water view, and the 'kids' room has two single beds and an amazing birds eye view of the water. This house combines casual elegance with charm for the perfect getaway.

This is a rural location located at the end of a private road. Peaceful, quiet and the perfect Maine getaway. There are walking trails, private tennis courts and a private dock (for swimming, sitting) within walking distance.

My wife and I built this house on land that has been in my wife's family for several generations. We love coming here and sharing the beauty and tranquility with friends!
