Beautiful and characteristic holiday home made of stone with salt water pool, once an ancient country house. The house is located on a hill on the border with Tuscany and ca. 6 km to the small hamlet of Motta, where the nearest shops are. Here you can relax by the pool, make trips to the typical and small cities like Cortona (28 km), Arezzo (39 km) or Gubbio (51 km) and then come back to the beautiful house and end the day, dining al fresco on the beautiful terrace. From the 2 bedded room on 1st floor there is a wooden ladder leading up to a doorless room in the attic (min. height 1.30 m/ max. height 2.00 m), equipped with a sofa bed (1.20 m wide). The access to the house is via an automatic gate and there are covered parking spaces within the grounds. Behind the house there is a church and the pastor’s house. Bells are rung on Sunday only.
