Thanks for your review, Hamed. However I am very disappointed as I thought you are being very dishonest and unfair. In your private and detailed feeback:
1) You commented that my listing description was inaccurate. You might be unhappy with the 'no smoking' policy but it was already stated in my listing. I didn't have a hair dryer, this was made clear in my listing too. It was a double bedroom for let, the dining and living rooms are shared with me. This again was stated clearly in my listing. I did not have any problems when you said your friends might come over for a visit.
2) You complained about the lack of slippers and towels. I asked you twice, on the 1st day and 2nd day during your stay, if everything was fine and if you needed anything else. You said nothing. As this is an Airbnb room and not a hotel, providing slippers is not a standard amenity and neither did I claim in my listing that there would be slippers. I would gladly find you a solution if only you told me your concern about the slippers. The floor was vacuumed and mopped before you checked in. I did not wear shoes in my apartment and there were no other people in the apartment. Hence the floor cleanliness should meet the expectations. There were 2 clean towels in your cupboard, a clean hand towel and a clean floor mat in you private shower room. When I asked if you needed more towels, you said no.
3) My address is clearly stated in the listing's 'directions' and 'check-in instructions', and there is a photo of my front entrance intercom enclosed in the check-in instructions. If you print out the booking confirmation from Airbnb, you would have seen my full address as well.
4) You commented that I didn't respond to you, I actually responded to all your messages on Airbnb within minutes. I also also provided you my mobile number and told you not to hesitate to contact me if you needed anything.
I always ask my guests for constructive feedback as I thought it would be nice to help each other in the Airbnb community. Please do not leave dishonest review like this in the future as it is not helpful to anyone in the Airbnb community. Thank you.
