My team and I work very hard to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay, as you can see from our earlier reviews. We want to keep on improving so that our guests have the best experience possible. In regards to the checkin timings, we wanted to make sure that we checked you in ourselves, and hence, requested for a specific arrival timings from your end. In the end, I am glad we were able to meet you at the requested time, as you had wished for. I am terribly sorry for not being able to offer fans when you had requested them last minute, we did offer to reimburse you for them. We have now brought and kept these in the home as we understand they are important in the summer months in London. My sincere apologies for the shower, the team had shared instructions for you to rectify the same immediately when you first inquired about the matter. However, we never heard back from you on the problem still persisting and thus were not aware any further action was needed? We have personally inspected the shower and also gotten a plumbing agency to take a look, and we have ensured that going forward, these instructions are shared in advance with guests.
