房源空間
Awesome flat with sunny balcony in the best neighbourhood in Copenhagen. Super central and close to everything, but when you enter the flat it's completely zen: Peaceful and quiet with a lovely view of trees and sky from the balcony.
Out the front door and to the left, it's a one minute walk to the most beautiful boulevard of the city (Frederiksberg Allé, very Parisian) and a three minute walk to the metro station (two stops to Copenhagen Central Station).
VERY IMPORTANT: My cat Tybalt lives in the flat, and if you book these available days, you will have to
1) supply him with fresh food and water once or twice a day (I do it in the mornings, but whatever suits your schedule will work just fine) and
2) empty his litter box once a day (shovel and bag is in place, of course).
He is an adorable cat; very curious and cuddly, but he will probably be shy upon your arrival. I have reduced the price for the booking because of these small cat duties, so cat lovers should find this offer very appealing. Only people who really like cats should book, obviously.

There's
- a wonderful kitchen with dining area and acces to a wonderful sunny balcony with space for eating
- a large bedroom with a super comfy queenside bed. New windows, so very quiet
- a luxurious bathroom
- a living room with a large sofa, a piano, tv, PS4 and XboxOne plus access to another balcony. NB: This room will be where I leave some of my stuff so it won't be ready for a photoshoot (but completely accessible).

My flat is 3 minutes from the nearest metro, and two stops from Copenhagen Central Station. The Copenhagen Central Station is right next to Rådhuspladsen, which is considered the centre square of the city.
One minute walk to the left (when you walk out the front door) you arrive at the most beautiful boulevard in Copenhagen: Frederiksberg Allé. Wonderful place for a Parisian stroll.
A one minute walk to the right, and you are right at Vesterbrogade, the main street of Vesterbro - the best, funkiest and hippest neighbourhood of Copenhagen.
I work as a cultural journalist, so I know a lot about the city and can tell you exactly where to go depending on your interests, food taste and energy levels. Lots and lots of info if you need it! :-)
Convenient stuff: There's a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Very easy access to food shopping!
