This large home is just outside Avondale Estates. Three miles to downtown Decatur, six miles to Emory and eight miles to downtown Atlanta. Free parking, 1 mile to train. The owner lives in the home full time. She enjoys and has been hosting medical students and film industry staff for over six years. This home is in excellent condition and very comfortable. There are 2 separate bedrooms for rent (rent 1 or both, other room is under Comfy home 2).

There are currently 2 separate rooms for rent (south facing rm 1 and west facing rm 2). Shared bathroom IF both rooms are rented. Second bedroom is for family friends traveling together. Rooms are very clean and private. FREE parking in front of the house. Owner has 1 mostly outdoor cat. Each room has a new (2019) full size bed. There is a small desk with chair and quality cotton sheets and towels.

Guests have use of kitchen, living room, back porch and dining room. Monthly renters have use of laundry room. There is an electronic deadbolt on the front door.

Owner is very social and helpful.
Will give you your space or spend a little time after work with you if that is what you want.

其他注意事項
Coffee and or tea are available each morning to short term stay guests (less than 6 nights). Guest may brew coffee themselves. Cream in fridge and sugar/Splenda on counter.

較大的老街區內有一個小街區。 最好有車，因為巴士交通不太好。 火車要好得多，但只從我們的E站搭乘W、N和S。 房東偶爾會使用Lyft/Uber ，這很容易。
