I take full responsibilities of your concerns and do sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. The late cleaning was mainly due to the fact my cleaning crew had to deal with an emergency matter on their way to the house and cannot hold it against them, as they have always been great to me and to the Guests. I had to find right away a replacement crew, which is not an easy task in the city at that time of the day when people are in fact heading home. It is very unfortunate that this happened to you after a long flight and I am not proud of it. Nevertheless, these things do happen no matter how well prepared/organized we are. We will need to work together sometimes. People above you making noise, are just other Airbnb Guests moving in or out. You could just reach out to them or let me know about the noise.
Maybe, I got it wrong as I thought that responding within 20 to 60 minutes to all of your messages was not too bad. In addition, I just wished you mentioned your issues to me and gave me the opportunity to address them to make your stay more enjoyable while in the apartment as my cleaning crew became available the day after.
