The amount of beds listed are incorrect. It stated 9 its only 5 actual beds and 2 air mattresses. The host are not prompt with communication. The home has a dirty rag odor that the hosted stated she didnt smell. Bring your own covers because the covers provided feels like paper…

WE ALWAYS TRY AND DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF ALL OF OUR GUESTS WE TRULY DO AND WE VERY RARELY GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WHEN IT COMES TO GUESTS BUT I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION THIS 1 TIME OK FIRST THIS GUEST WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO NOT ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH BUT NEVER PICKED UP OUR CALLS WHEN WE CALLED NOR DID SHE RESPOND TO OUR TEXT MESSAGES WE DO UNDERSTAND THESE ARE NEW SURROUNDINGS FOR PEOPLE SO WE WANNA DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE WITH ALL OF OUR GUESTS UPON ARRIVAL AND DURING THEIR STAY AND ANY1 READING THIS REVIEW THAT HAS STAYED WITH US BEFORE CAN CONFIRM THAT LET'S START WITH THE COMMENT ABOUT THE "SMELL" OF THE PROPERTY NOW WE DO OUR BEST TO ALWAYS CLEAN AND DEODORIZE THESE UNITS BUT FROM TIME TO TIME GUESTS SNEAK ANIMALS IN AND FROM TIME TO TIME THEY MAY LEAVE "SURPRISES" AROUND THE PROPERTY AND SOMETIMES WITH CATS & DOGS EVEN THOUGH YOU MOP THAT PET SMELL CAN COME BACK AGAIN WE FEEL HORRIBLE IF ANY1 EVER HAS TO EXPERIENCE THIS BECAUSE NO ONE ESPECIALLY NON PET OWNERS SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE ISSUES AND WE DO OUR BEST TO AVOID THOSE THINGS BUT WE CAN'T ALWAYS CONTROL THOSE THINGS OK AND NOW TO THE SECOND PART IF YOU LOOK AT OUR REVIEW CURRENTLY IT :CLEARLY STATES" 6 BEDS PLUS 2 AIR MATTRESSES AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE HAVE PROVIDED NOW LET'S LIST THEM IN ORDER FROM ROOM TO ROOM 1. QUEEN SIZED SOFA SLEEPER THAT SLEEPS 2 2. KING SIZED BED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS 2 3. FULL SIZED BED IN THE 2ND BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS 2 4. TWIN SIZED BED IN THE 2ND BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS 1 5. FULL SIZED BED IN THE 3RD BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS 2 6. TWIN SIZED BED IN THE 3RD BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS 1 7. 2 TWIN SIZED MATTRESSES THAT ARE EXTRAS THAT SLEEP 2 SO NOW THAT WE HAVE LISTED ALL THE BEDS IN THE PROPERTY IF YOU ADD THEM ALL UP THAT EQUALS A TOTAL OF 12 WHICH IS EXACTLY HOW WE LISTED THE PROPERTY SO NO WE HAVE NEVER STATED THAT WE HAVE 9 BEDS WE STATED 8 BEDS THAT SLEEPS A TOTAL OF 12 PEOPLE BUT SINCE THE GUEST NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE WE WE'RE UNABLE TO GO OVER THE HOME AND HOW THINGS WORKED LIKE THE WI-FI AND THE SMART TVS AND LIKE I STATED BEFORE ANY GUESTS WE HAVE HAD IN THE PAST CAN CONFIRM THAT OK NEXT THE GUEST HAD OTHER ISSUES USING OUR NEST SMART THERMOSTATS AND WE HAVE INSTALLED THESE IN ALL OUR PROPERTIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST THE INSIDE TEMPERATURE ACCORDINGLY AND WE ALSO REACH OUT TO OUR GUESTS TO ALSO ADDRESS HOW EACH ONE WORKS AND AGAIN SHE NEITHER RESPONDED TO OUR TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS SO THERE ISN'T MUCH I CAN DO TO HELP AT THAT POINT AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE GUEST STATED THAT WE SHOULD DISPOSE OF ALL FOOD LEFT IN THE FREEZER AFTER EACH STAY NOT THE FRIDGE BUT THE FREEZER AND ANY1 WHO HAS EVER BOUGHT FOOD IS FAMILIAR WITH JUST HOW LONG YOU CAN STORE FOOD IN THE FREEZER AND IT'S USUALLY AT LEAST 6 MONTHS SO NO WE DO NOT DISCARD FROZEN STEAKS, BACON, PORK STEAKS OR FROZEN HAMBURGERS AFTER EACH GUEST LEAVES BECAUSE 1 SOME GUESTS DON'T EAT MUCH SO WHY DISPOSE OF THOSE ITEMS AND 2 BECAUSE "IT'S IN THE FREEZER" THAT'S WHAT THE FREEZER IS FOR TO STORE FOOD FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME AND TO THE LAST COMMENT WE HOST AIR B&B FOR MANY MANY GUESTS AND WHN IT COMES TO BEING 1 OF OUR WORST GUESTS SHE DEFINITELY RANKS UP THERE NEAR THE TOP SO IF ANY1 NEEDS A GUEST WHO WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE WHEN YOU CALL AND THEN WON'T RESPOND TO TEXTS BUT WILL SHOW UP AND DO NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN THEN SHE IS THE PERFECT GUEST BECAUSE THAT'S PRETTY MUCH ALL SHE DID BUT UNFORTUNATELY SHE NEVER GAVE US A CHANCE 2 DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE SITUATION WHILE SHE WAS THERE AND THIS WE DEEPLY REGRET BUT WE WILL USE THIS AS A LEARNING TOOL AND WE WILL DO BETTER GOING FORWARD BECAUSE ALL OF OUR GUESTS DESERVE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN DEALING WITH OUR COMPANY
