I truly do appreciate all the constructive feedback I get from guests. But on rare occasions like this one, where some exaggerated and inaccurate comments are made to fit a guest's narrative - I have to respond and set the record straight. I'm perplexed at how you can read our very transparent and very detailed listing mentioning ad nauseum about the sharing of one shower and 2 pictured bathrooms w multiple other guests and business clients - but then act stunned when reality hits that we have one shower. At the $39 price point - yes, you get what you pay for. It's like walking into a McDonald's and being stunned that they serve fast food and not gourmet organic platters. The air mattress was brand new, and it even says on the directions that at first the air mattresses will deflate as they will stretch, and all you simply have to do is turn on the switch to inflate it on firm mode again. Again, all you had to do is mention this issue w me and you would have received another airbed to your liking. Needed another larger fan? - again, astounded you never mentioned any of this during your 6 day stay. And lastly, I'm troubled by that last passive aggressive dig at mentioning that somehow your bottle of perfume disappeared at our location. First, you fail to mention I even had my assistant meet you couple hours before our normal check in time to accommodate your request. We also try to avoid early check in for luggage without a room assignment. This is partly because a very rare guest such as yourself will have the audacity to try and somehow mention a missing item and dangle some "where could it have gone" narrative. But we made sure we did the early baggage check in just for you anyway. We not only were empathetic to your "item loss", but we responded right away and apologized for something we had no need to apologize for. You specifically told us you knew your perfume was missing from your check in on TUES afternoon and then later that SAME evening you found out it was missing. But the problem was you didnt mention this until the day before your check out about 4 days later. I apologize for not keeping our surveillance video beyond the 48 hours, but for you to frivolously write insinuations on a very important aspect of Airbnb's public forum is highly irresponsible and will not be tolerated. Please send us a postcard when the Leprechaun that took your perfume finally returns it to you.
