The check in is done at our reception. The address of the reception is Calle Alta 72, in the corner with Calle Cabrito (at the same building as the apartments).
Reception hours are from 9:30 to 17:30. If you arrive later please let us know, so we could give you the late check in informations.
As we aren’t always at the reception it’s important for us to know your estimated arrival time in order to properly arrange your check in. What is your estimated arrival time?
We also ask you to please call us half an hour before you arrive at the following number +34-620322541, just in case we’ll be out of the reception.
Please remember to bring the credit card used for the partial or full payment of your reservation, depending on the booking conditions and the agency used to book the apartment. Upon check in we need to verify that the card holders name belongs to one of the persons that will be accommodated. In case the card holder is not present at the check in moment, you will have to show a photo of the ID card or Passport of the card holder. In case you do not bring it, as a safety reason, we will refund the money previously charged and you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation at the check in moment.
