Travel restrictions
Due to COVID-19 there are lockdowns in place across the UK and travel is not permitted other than in limited circumstances until at least April. Failure to follow the law is a criminal offence.
I am an active retired lady living with my small friendly dog Perry. The room is in a terrace house in a quiet residential street about 1.5 miles from the centre of Oxford but close to a main bus route. The guest will share the house with us, you will have access to all amenities in the house. Breakfast is included with a range of options up to a full English breakfast, vegetarians and vegans are welcome and a full vegan breakfast is available.

The small room is rear facing and very quiet. The house is one block away from Iffley Road so very little traffic noise. There is high speed WiFi throughout the house. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room and a full or lighter breakfast is also provided. There is also a television with a smart box enabling access to Netflix etc. in the room. In addition to the bed the room has a wardrobe, small chest of draws, a chair and a bedside table.
My guests share the house with me and my small well behaved dog Perry. The common spaces, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are all downstairs and are guests are very welcome to share the spaces and use the kitchen to cook. The upstairs is three bedrooms only.
