Rustic on the outside but tastefully renovated on the inside, this studio cabin is near the beach and nestled amidst a grove of Cedar and Douglas fir trees. Quiet and peaceful, it is a perfect secluded retreat for relaxing after a busy day.

Inside is newly renovated but the exterior of the cabin and landscaping around the property is not finished and a little messy.
Use of TV and DVD player.

Guests will have use of the cabin patio, as well as access to the beach via many stairs (some steep). When the tide is way out, there is a beautiful sandbank that you can wade out to. Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and San Juan Islands, stunning sunrises, and glimpses of the mountains. If you're lucky, you might see seals and sea lions resting on D'Arcy Rock.

The entrance to the property can be easily missed, the cabin and house are not visible from the main road. The cabin can be seen as soon as you come onto the property. The main house is down the path. The beach can be accessed by walking down the path, past the owners house and down many steps.
Parking is on the property, and there is space for more than one car.
No fires are allowed on the property, or the beach.

The neighbourhood is ideally located, 15 minutes drive from downtown Victoria, and 15 minutes drive to the airport and Sydney ferries. Local attractions include Matticks Farm, Butchart Gardens, and Cordova Bay Golf Course. The Beach House Restaurant and coffee shop is within walking distance and can also be accessed via the beach when the tide is out. There are many walking and biking trails in the area, the Galloping Goose Trail is one that can be easily accessed.
