Unfortunately, Christy completely ingnored occupancy limitations of my listing. It clearly states: no more than 3 people. Christy arrived in a company of 3 people (4 altogether) After I met her and gave her a guided tour of the property she told me that only three people will stay, but she lied to me and all of them spent a night in the apartment. One sleeping in the floor and on some blankets. I asked her either to follow my occupancy rules or pay extra $20 per night.
This is NYC, I do have security cameras outside for my safety and safety of my guests.
All information regarding the toilet was posted in the listing from the very beginning. The toilet is not public and it is shared with the next door neighbor. Finally, Christy and her 3 companions paid $150 per night. For Cristy’s information the Hyatt in NYC cost $200 per night for 2 people, $400 for 2 rooms to accommodate 4 people.
“Your back will thank you” if you do not sleep on the floor. Read the rules before you book and don’t throw baseless accusations.
