Enjoy this beautiful, fully equipped beach house in Marine land Acres! Beach living at it's best! about 500 steps to a gorgeous and quiet beach. One level of spacious living with main deck off of dining area. Have your coffee while you watch the sunrise or an evening drink listening to the sounds of the ocean and sunset; take a quick ride to the beautiful Flagler beach and have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the ocean! Swim with the dolphins nearby! Bike trails, walking trails, great restaurants!

The bedrooms are separated by the main bath. The master has a king bed and bunk beds with an attached full bath and a 32 inch smart tv! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. we also provide a pack and play; Living room has sleeper sofa. kitchen supplied with everything you need, even linens, towels and beach towels! coffee, sugars, cream, few spices, even a crockpot and a grill on the back deck; large fenced in back yard also.
For lazy or rainy days, relax by watching tv on 50" smart HDTV
Enjoy the views from our deck, the breezes, sounds of the ocean, for chilly nights and mornings sit by the electric fireplace, we supply start up toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and dish soap
We have beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, adult and kid's bikesl

You will have access to the whole house except the garage; I will email you the code for the lockbox and it will also have information on things to do in the area, places to visit, etc.

We are located in Flagler county and will need to collect 5% occupancy tax since airbnb only collects the state tax of 7%; we will send a request for payment before your arrival.

We visited this area about five years ago visiting friends and fell in love with it! so quiet and peaceful, the sound of the ocean, bike rides, walks, sunrise, sunset! You won't be disappointed; Our kids and grandkids love coming here and hang out at our beach, which is so private and only residents on our street and nearby streets can enjoy.
