Our villa is around 5km/10min drive from the sea. It is newly built, nestled in heart of Salento, in a large olive and Mediterranean scrubland garden. It has a large porch and outdoor spaces including a small pool to spend moments of absolute relaxation.
The scents of the countryside, the sea-view, the beautiful Mediterranean architecture and interiors of the house, all contribute to a sense of quietness and “joie de vivre”.

The house is surrounded by a vast olive grove of around 6000 sq.mt., enclosed by the typical dry-stone walls, sprinkled here and there with century-old carob trees, fig trees and “fichi d’India”, on a series of terraced levels gently sloping towards the sea. The interiors are spacious both in the living and in the sleeping areas.
Inside Layout:
- 2 large queen bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- sofa-bed in the living
- Open space living with dinner table and TV and fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven and kettle.
- Laundry
- New heating and air conditioning system
Outside Layout:
- Spacious verandah for al fresco dining
-Small pool (3x2.5mx1mdepth) with outdoor shower to relax and refresh during the hot days. (Kids need to be under supervision the all time).
- Roof top gazebo and solarium with sun beds overlooking the all property.
- Large garden
Although the house is well insulated and naturally cool inside even in summer, it is provided with air conditioning. Over the winter months, on the other hand, it is kept warm by the fireplace in the living area and the heating system in the bedrooms.
The location is particularly quiet and airy, and even in midsummer. You can reach the beaches in about ten minutes by car.

The small pool is (3mx2.5mx1m depth) and it’s mainly for relaxing and cooling and of course kids enjoyment (under supervision the all time).
The scents of the countryside, the sea-view, the beautiful Mediterranean architecture and interiors of the house, all contribute to a sense of quietness and “joie de vivre”.

This vacation home is located on a hills above the long sandy beaches of Torre Pali e Pescoluse, also called "Maldive del Salento", in a large private olive grove. The views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets are unique from there.
In the closest beach resorts Torre Pali, Marina di Salve, Pescoluse there are beach cafes, restaurants and some small shops. Supermarkets are located in Salve, about 1.5 km, and in Presicce. You can also find pharmacies, banks, a post office, cafes, restaurants and other shops. In the next resort of Torre Vado there is a pharmacy, small grocery stores and a fish shop. Behind the beaches begin the olive groves on the hills, which also provide a good opportunity for walking and cycling. Even small towns often have a local center with small architectural gems. A visit to Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto is recommended. The Salento, also Salentine peninsula, is a subregion of Italy in the southern part of Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east. The inhabitants of this area differ from the rest of the Puglia region due to cultural and linguistic differences. From a historical point of view the Salento belonged over several centuries to the ancient Terra d'Otranto. One can find a particular landscape, architecture and gastronomy here. The Salento is of course ideal for a beach holiday in the long summer, but also much more and not only in summer.
