We welcome you to our Holiday House located in the exclusive Surfers Paradise address at the Isle of Capri. This location is an ideal base for your Family Holiday . You'll be centrally located with ample parking, minutes from the bus stop or a stroll to the Light Rail. Surfers paradise beach is a few minutes away. Shopping centre is just a block away where you will find great Cafe, Restaurants, Gym and Supermarket. Our house is located in a safe and quiet street. You will love this place!

You will be enjoying a fully renovated house in the heart of Isle of Capri, and exclusive Surfers' "Island" Paradise. All you need to do is bring your family and friends and you will be enjoying the Gold Coast in minutes. Our full renovated one level house has spacious bathrooms and a big kitchen . The house is decked out with the essential amenities to give you comfort at home while the location is footsteps from the Glitter strip and the vast beach coastlines.
The 3 bathrooms are luxurious with marble, timber tiles and marble bench tops. It also has designer tap ware in each bathroom.
All our bedrooms have upgraded large beds and new quality mattresses. Our bedsheets and towels are premium quality bought from Adairs and David Jones.
The house is fully tiled with large windows and large sliding doors so you can enjoy the Gold Coast sun. The house has two air conditioning units to keep you cool during summer plus fans in each room.
We love this house it has a warmth about it. We also love the location , very close to everything and with public transport around the corner. There is a popular shopping centre within walking distance with famous restaurants and a large green grocer. The shopping centre also has a 24 hour gym for the fit and healthy.
The house is located in a residential street with friendly Neighbours. Isle of Capri is One of the most prestige island of the Gold Coast.
Our famous beach surfers paradise is only a few minutes away where you can catch a wave or two. The huge Pacific fair shopping centre and the newly renovated star casino is also nearby .
