You checked it on the day of your arrival, I personally hosted you and the flat was clean, no smell detected etc. On the following day when I asked if everything is fine, you confirmed me in written that you're ok. I was surprised that you moved earlier, but we all have different reasons, and I was very understanding and refund you your stay disregarding strict policy by AirBnb of no refund after check-in .
Coming back to your review:
- the place was FULLY renovated in May 2018, it's a new place, with professional cleaning services after each guest. As you can see by previous reviews , cleanness rating is always 5*
- No taxi around... In Tbilisi you can use application(s) to order taxi or use a professional/licensed taxi you can take it on the street close to the main public places, i.e. Radisson Blue Hotel, which is 2 MINUTES from the apartment.
- i cant comment regarding the smell, as per my previous point ... the flat is fully renovated/refurbished with NEW WOOD floor...
I hosted 17 people reviewed THIS particular flat, all of them put 5*... I understand we have different expectations, but I would prefer your feedback to be factual and fair
