Centrally located in the laid-back Øyjorden in Sandviken, Bergen. 200 meters from the bus stop. 10 minutes walk to the many stunning and safe footpaths in the hills and mountains of Bergen, and 15 minutes by foot to the seafront.

You will have the studio and patio to yourselves, with a private entrance. The stairs leading up to the house are shared with hosts.

The kitchenette has two electric hotplates, a small fridge, microwave and a kettle. No dish washer or oven.
We live upstairs, and you will hear our children play and practice the piano and move about when we are at home. The ceiling is rather thin. Except from that, this is a really quiet spot.
Bed linen and one towel for each person is provided. Guests put the bedlinen on the bed upon arrival. When departing, guests are kindly asked to leave the studio tidy. Kitchen utensils must be clean, garbage emptied and the laundry put on for washing. The details are in the house manual/ house rules.
Children are welcome and can share our play house/ trampoline with our children. Please note though that there is a large staircase leading up to the house, so it is not suitable for people with walking disabilities and not ideal for buggies (but we have managed). We can provide a cot and a highchair if needed.
Garden furniture is taken inside during the winter months and when windy/ rough weather.
