hi sonia, as you are surely aware of, in that particular day of your check in , in malta it rained alot leaving the roads blocked and full of traffic something which is out of our control... as you u know we informed you that we were coming late since we had no other way but to drive in traffic in order to come to meet you... since you said you would be eating at a close restaurant we took it from your side it was ok to be waiting for us abit until we can arrive to the meeting point. As we explained to you and as we do explain to all our guests in malta some houses have only names , no numbers , and some streets (Hidden by Airbnb) maps decided to name them with half the proper name :) i think you realised you were 10 meters away from the apartment right? the problem you had with the lock never happened to us and unfortunately it happened to you 1st time ever , as you know we and the other (Hidden by Airbnb) immediately came to your rescue although yes it took a bit of time to get it solved but we tried our best..... ATTENTION (as you said) we are not a hostel and we are actually cheaper then a hostel but you know what you can afford... the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and when its totally full which is rarely the case there are 10 people in the apartment and not 30 :) no problem but you have a mathematical problem and i imagine you noticed since you passed the 1st few days alone in the room with your friend only.... we are not perfect and i am sorry all had to happen to you , and i know that we said sorry about the traffic problem we incurred and even because of the door lock... i hoped you are so friendly in your response as you were a nice person when we meet you :) Additionally, if people decide to take a nap on the roof because they are having fun in the breeze why should we wake them up? all the people have a bed we are not there mothers .... the roof terrace is used by everyone freely :) thanks !
