Located in Athens WV, Home of Concord University, and just a short drive to Pipestem, Bluestone lake, and historic Hinton WV. One twin and one full bed are provided, both were changed in 2019. CANNOT be occupied by more than 2 persons. Remodeled 2010, new carpet 2018. Features fridge, stove, microwave, full bathtub with shower.

If you are coming for an event at the local university in Athens, walk out the back door to the adjoining university property. This unit is located in an apartment building with 3 other occupied apartments with quiet people, and respect for our other guests is mandatory. Short drive to Princeton, Pipestem and many other attractions.

Feel free to walk around the neighborhood. Adjacent to the US Post Office just a few minute walk, a small park contains a sign marking the "Athens Concord Trails", these include a mixture of on and off campus trails mapped out around the local area. In town, we have CVS as our chain pharmacy, Dollar General as the local chain store, and Ginos as the chain restaurant. Moe's is a local restaurant next door to the gas station with great reviews and a full menu of many types of food, and lots of comfort food options.
