Our semi rural family home is only three years old. We live on a quiet cul de sac and are fortunate to have some of the most spectacular views of orchards and vineyards as well as Lake Okanagan in the distance. We are within walking distance to Main Street Summerland (approx 2 km) where you will find lots of great shops and a short drive away to our beautiful beaches, wineries, hiking and biking trails and the historic Kettle Valley Steam Railway to name a few.

Our street is a quiet no thru road with only six houses. It is in close proximity to highway 97 making your drive to Peachland/Kelowna or Penticton easily accessible.
