This upper level apartment is located across the street from The Ruin Lounge and Pedal City Tavern. Paula's Seafood, Redwood Inn Pizza, O'Sullivan's Italian Pub, and Junk Ditch Brewing Company is a couple minute walk west on Main Street. Downtown is a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

Visiting family and friends? In town for work? Need a night out and close place to stay from downtown? This is your cozy getaway from home. This 700 some square foot apartment feels much larger with the large new windows and tall 11 ft. ceilings in this newly renovated space.
Our apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Parking is available on site. Key-less entry into the unit.
Strong Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with more apps, and local antenna TV.
Two televisions, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker/electric tea kettle, microwave, no oven at the moment but we do have an electric hot plate which works great.
One queen bed, two comfy euro-loungers that can sleep two each, one twin air mattress that blows up on its own, child pack and play.
Shower/deep soaker tub.
Safety features: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detector that connects between all floors of the building, extra tall child safety gate at top of steps.
Rental agreement required to rent the unit. The agreement will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.
Parties are not permitted. All guests in addition to the 4 allowed will be required to be listed on the rental agreement and will be $25/additional person.
