Cozy apartment in the ground floor with big terrace located in a luxury Complex with a large swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and a jacuzzi. The swimming pool is right outside your door from the terrace so just walk out whenever you want. Around the pool, there is free access to sunbeds. In addition, there is a gym equipped with various exercise machines. The complex is exceptionally good, quiet and green and lush planting and consists of four buildings with a total of 24 apartments, close to stores and restaurants. The apartment, which is on the ground floor, is nicely furnished, with double bed, wardrobe with sliding doors custom made cabinet in one bedroom, and two single beds and a wardrobe in the other. The apartment has a nice bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen and dining area around a great dining table in solid wood. If you don't want to cook, just call your favorite restaurant and your food will be brought to you?
The living room has modern furnishings: a comfortable sofa and cafe table and TV. Terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the lush garden and swimming pool.

It is walking distance (about 15 min) to the beautiful shallow beach with wonderful fine sand. Entrance to the beach and sunbeds is free at Seaside Beach Club and transport to and from this beach is free. Here you can try parasailing and other water sports.

The complex has quite affordable airport transportation so They will pick you up at airport. You will arrive as fast as possible and start your relaxing holiday. It costs 50 EUR, much cheaper than taxi.
By the way, you do not need to buy water for drinking. This complex has some special filter for water, so water is clean enough to drink right from the tap.
