our home is located in a great location! Easy access to the number 1 highway to escape to the mountains, only a 15 minute drive to downtown Calgary. 5 minute walk to Bowness park which has the Bow River, walking trails, fire pits, BBQs, skating, pond, canoe, paddle boat, kayak rentals, ice cream store and more. Close to Angels Drive in great food, and desserts. Short distance from a local grocery store & Safeway.
The house is very new, high end appliances, reclining couch and king size bed.

Balcony with sliding glass doors. All ceilings vaulted and lots of natural light. ceiling fans in bed room and living room. Heated mattress pad on extremely comfortable King size bed. Nicely equipped kitchen.
Key pad entry. Almost 1000 sq feet.

We live in a beautiful established family friendly neighborhood. It is extremely quiet with very little traffic We are 5 minutes from COP Canadian Olympic park with lots of activities to offer including skiing mountain and biking etc. The highway to Banff and the mountains is less than a 5 block drive and no stop lights !! We have a small park across the street and the large gorgeous Bowness park a 5 min walk that has a fantastic restaurant . Connected to the Bow River Pathway that you can walk or ride for miles along the river. We have a secret forest pathway that is through the last stand of the majestic of Douglas Fir Trees east of the mountains. These trees are HUGE ! Just ask us for directions !! We have several eating establishments walking distance away including a Starbucks Coffee, McDonald's and Wendy's, Pizza etc. The #1 rated restaurant in Calgary Notables is a $8 Uber ride away. Best Prime Rib ever !!
