I can not express enough how sorry I am for the inconvenience we caused you and your family during your vacation. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in syncing calendars between the two different booking platforms and this issue was totally out of our control. Technology can be great but it too has errors although that is no excuse for what had happened with your accommodation. We did, however, do everything we could to assist in the relocation process by personally looking for other hotel options and Airbnb accommodations.
