Our cozy studio apartment sets on the Patuxent River. With the perfect views of Myrtle Beach, Point Patient and Thomas Johnson Bridge. Relax watching the boats and birds or take a walk along the water for a lovely neighborhood to stroll for 2.5 miles. Your favorite moments may be when you wake to see the sun rise and again to see the orange sky set. Just over the bridge from the popular Solomon's Island which is full of fabulous restaurants, boat rentals, charter fishing and summer concerts.

Your parking space will be directly when you pull in the driveway and see the water. Pull your car up to the grass and close to the fence.
Private entrance to the apartment is via walking in the front gate and around the right side of the house towards the water and down the staircase. You have a hallway to use and your apartment door is at the bottom of the stairs straight ahead.
The pier is private and is unavailable for access.
Backyard benches, bench swing and lounge chairs with table are there to enjoy.

Quaint neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Great place to get away from everyday life and just breathe. Can't beat the local blue crabs, rockfish and oysters.
Solomon's Island has so many fabulous restaurants and you can see the island from our backyard. Be sure to visit these restaurants:
* The Island Hideaway (we love the skinny fries, grilled blackened mahi mahi or grilled fish tacos
* Lighthouse for rockfish anything lol, crab dip, crab cakes - they have great happy hour prices through the week
* CD Cafe - love the salmon entrees (no outside seating)
* Charles St. Brasserie (tapas, piano bar and more) - we have't been there but hear it's great!
* The Pier - water view from 3 sides
* Stoney's Kingfisher - I love the salad with fried goat cheese and Tom enjoys the Maryland crab soup and burger.

My husband Tom & I love to be on the water whether it's jet skiing, boating fishing, sunning, eating crabs or at enjoying fabulous rockfish, oysters or crab cakes at one of our many local restaurants. We found that we enjoy the local wineries with music as well! We have been in Southern Maryland for 4 years now and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The people the weather the views our church and friends have made this our little piece of heaven. Hope you come to visit and love the area like we do! Blessings Tom & Michele
