I’m sorry to say this but is the first time that I have such a terrible experience with a guest... I was contacting before the arrival and he wasn’t sure about the time of arrival(he said 4/5) then to give more flexibility to him I arranged a self check in. I gave all the details(where to pick up the keys, how to send me the passport,where to leave city taxes and how to access the apartment). At 5.30 pm the guest was trying to contact me but as I was driving I called him back at 5.35pm and he was completely hysterical because he couldn’t open the door of the apartment. After my instructions on the phone he open the door(the deal was only about to try to put the key inside the door from one verse or the other, simple as it sounds..) I asked him if he was following the procedure that I was sending to him by message but of course he didn’t at all!he didn’t left any city taxes and I had to ask him again to send me a picture of his passport (city taxes haven’t been payed at all by the way). He contacted me at 8.45pm asking me at what time he supposed to leave to be at 9am in the airport, i kindly replayed despite the hour and I asked him if everything in the house was ok, he said so. In the morning I woke up with calls and messages of the guest telling me that the heat in the house was unbearable and the aircon wasn’t working. First of all if the heat was so unbearable I don’t understand why he didn’t tell me at 9pm when we were speaking and why he waited 11pm to contact me.. Second the aircon was working in the afternoon but everything can happen certainly at 11pm I’m not going to find anyone to fix it.. Third a big fan is always available in the home for our guest. Was a very bad experience! I don’t recommend this guest..
