It was the actual 'model home' for the exclusive community of the 'Last Sun at the Cove'. The furnishings and decor are therefore exquisite and well-adorned as well as being comfortable and family-friendly. It consists of over 4000 sq ft. featuring 4 bedrooms (including dual master suits), 6 bathrooms, game room, 8 person spa, 3 stone fireplaces, luxurious gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art audio/video system including an Ipod docking station, vaulted ceilings, a BBQ deck and beautiful craftsmanship throughout.

Guests will have access to entire home and it's available amenities. Some of the space may be closed/locked off in which case these areas are not accessible to the renters.

Security Deposit will be charged to renter upon confirmation of reservation as a separate fee.
The Security Deposit will be held as collateral security and will be retained by the Landlord for violation for Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. Security deposit will be applied to any damages to the premises or contents caused by the Renter, his/her family, or guests. Landlord shall refund the Security Deposit to Renter after a representative of the Landlord inspects the Premises to assess damages. Refund of the Security Deposit shall be sent to Tenant no later than 14 days after end of rental period, less cost of damages, if any. If damages exceed security deposit, tenant is responsible for repairs or damages.

It is situated across from the 10th fairway of the Park Meadows Country Club and offers unobstructed and incredible mountain, ski resort and golf course views. The community offers a private pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, hiking/biking trails and is a 5 minute drive to Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley ski resorts, golf courses and Main Street.

Fun, responsible, loving. 5 things I can't live without: my hubby, my son, Mexican food, warm summer days, and vacations. Love to ski, holidays on the sand, not a big reader but love to go to movies of any kind. If I were your host I would make sure you were happy, relaxed and wanting to come back soon after you leave!
