City Overlook & Hideaway is an urban chalet located within the Chattanooga city limits but on a large secluded wooded lot overlooking downtown Chattanooga. This is great place to be in the city yet away from other people during the pandemic. The property has Immediate access to downtown and interstate 24. This is a great location for the trendy downtown/Southside area restaurants and activities. Also convenient to the aquarium and other downtown activities.

City Overlook is a bright and sunny chalet space just above downtown Chattanooga, on a rustic, secluded 2.5 acre wooded lot. This property has immediate access to downtown and interstate (I-24), and is conveniently positioned between downtown and Hamilton Place Mall. The second floor chalet has a unique wall of windows framing views of downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mnt., and Signal Mnt. Hardwood floors in the living room, gas fireplace, stainless appliances, contemporary décor, private covered balcony in the trees, and approx. 1300 sq. ft of living space, with a fully equipped kitchen. EPB fiber optics wifi. The chalet has two large carpeted bedrooms both with queen sized memory foam mattresses, with 400 threat count Egyptian cotton sheets. The chalet is a large one level apartment built on top of a private residence which I may stay in on occasion, but do not rent separately.
The chalet is located down a narrow gravel driveway that is a bit rough and can be muddy. The driveway can be difficult to turn around in. The chalet is on a natural wooded lot with minimal grass and minimal landscaping. This location is just above downtown so you may hear noise from the city and traffic in the distance.

The front door is accessed with a digital lock. The residence is located down a long narrow private gravel driveway that is a bit rough, and not suitable for RV's or boat trailers unless left at the entrance. The house is NOT visible from the driveway entrance in the summer. This residence is located on the top floor and is NOT suitable for individuals who cannot climb stairs, or individuals afraid of heights. Not wheel chair accessible. Narrow French doors for entry to the upper level apartment. Low contemporary furniture, and platform beds.
