Our low-key house is in the heart of Orange County close to UCI Medical, CHOC hospitals, and major freeways. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, you can come back and relax after a day at work or school! Our place is great if you're into simplicity!
This simple room has two twin beds for up to 2 people. There are 3 full bathrooms and a kitchen to share. We're close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and public transit!

you are welcome to relax in our common rooms, meet other folks, and engage in our community as much or as little as you'd like. our quiet hours are between 10:00pm (22h) and 8:00am (8h) to ensure that guests can get a good night's rest.

Please note: you’ll need to bring your own towel and toiletries (we provide toilet paper). We also have pots and pans, dishes, etc. but you’ll need to bring your own food and basic ingredients like oil to cook with. Parking is free, but the street gets filled up early and you may need to park a couple of short blocks away. On-site parking is $100/mo if available.
We will send you self-check in instructions in case management is unable to greet you.
Check out before 11:00am. Checking out after 11:00am will incur a $20 fee.
No drugs or excessive drinking.
Late-check out (after 11:00am) will incur a $20 fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please lock up your valuables and make sure you check out with all of your belongings.
We do not have any tv's in the common rooms.
Please no cooking between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
No curfew.
Non smoking indoors.

we are located in a diverse area of garden grove, california, home to the largest vietnamese community outside of vietnam as well as latino and euro-american folks. we're lucky to have some of the best southeast asian and mexican food in the country!
our property is 2 miles away from Disneyland and UCI Medical Center. We're 5 miles from CHOC, 7 miles from CalState Fullerton and Orange Coast College, 5 miles from Chapman University and 12 miles from UCI. there are tons of restaurants 1-2 blocks away (thai, indian, mexican, meditteranean, japanese, american, and vietnamese), 7-11 convenience store that’s open 24 hours, target (groceries, toiletries, and clothes) and a 99cent (viva) store one block away.
