The thermostat was set up at 74 degrees. I've turned it down. I sent him the PW (via text) for the WiFi network that is up 24/7 and has no restrictions, such as time. I've also contacted our IT expert and he is double checking it. I'm connected to both the networks we have in the house with my phone and my PC. I don't know what the problem was, but I have taken steps to ensure the problems are resolved. I'd also note that Josh did not mention any of the problems to me and never responded to texts, indicating that he had a problem, when I had sent him the PW. If you don't let me know about a problem, I can't fix it.
