The listing clearly stated “NO AC.” The air conditioning is currently in the process of becoming repaired by the landlord of the unit.
With your 20% discount, you spent a total of 28 bucks per night/ day to stay here which is quite a rare and absolutely unheard of rate for lodging within the Denver metro area (motels start at 100, hotels start at 200).
Beyond an early check in, having ordered & installed a miniature fridge & coffee machine inside of your room for you during your stay (since you asked for space inside of our personal refrigerator in the kitchen), granting you full access to our shared kitchen (fridge space, utensils, cookware, etc), and being flexible with house rules (allowing you to use your dab rig inside, which set off the fire alarm one early morning), we are left with great regret that you were anything less than satisfied with your stay. We even forgave you guys for having broken one of our cactus houseplants.
Sorry, one again, for not having been able to wait between 3pm and 9pm, a wide span of six hours, last Sunday, for you to come back, after having checked out already, to pick up all of the groceries/ leftovers you left behind. It will continue to weigh on my conscience.
We apologize, wholeheartedly, if you felt anything other than warmth and welcome within our home as we did our absolute best to please and cater to you even though we were hardly there. We made sure to leave a positive review for your account so that you’re able to continue to find housing/ lodging during your transition to Colorado.
Please send your partner, Keith, our regards; he mentioned you guys were having a tough week.
