Enjoy your stay in friendly apartment in cul-de-sac family house. The apartment has a private entrance and a front-yard where you can relax after a long hike. Inside you will find cleanly furnished master bedroom, a twin bedroom with Netflix TV, and fully equipped kitchenette.
Located at the door-step of majestic mountains and yet between two towns it's the right spot for your visit of High Tatras. Use this opportunity to enjoy both, city entertainment as well as deep mountain hikes.

The apartment is inside a detached family house on the ground floor with stair access and a private entrance. Inside you will find fully equipped kitchenette, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a twin bedroom which you can also use as a living room. A cot can be added for your baby additionally when needed. There is a TV with Netflix and WiFi available and books from some of the world's best authors. You can use front yard to relax outside, do barbecue or pick fruits when in season.

- master bedroom with king sized bed
- a twin bedroom with two beds where one can be expanded to queen sized bed

- fast open WiFi internet and a work desk in case you need
- TV with Netflix
- iron and ironing gear
- parking is available behind a gate in front of the house (up to three cars)
- you can access front yard, do barbecue or pick seasonal fruits
- private entrance
- there is a washing machine which you can use in the house but not in the apartment

Velka Lomnica is the gate to High Tatras. Tatranska Lomnica is just 10 minutes drive and it's the first of three major centers (others are Stary Smokovec and Strbske Pleso).
From here you can start your trip to peaks, valleys and cottages of High Tatras mountains or to nearby region with castles and UNESCO sights.
Here are three walks I consider the best and are not difficult even for office workers :) or children:
- start in Tatranská Lomnica and take a lift to Skalnate Pleso, from there take the right path and go to Zelene Pleso. Green colored lake with beautiful cottage and a perfect garlic soup will await you behind the peaks as you descend from the top
- go to Stary Smokovec and take the lift to Hrebienok, from there follow the path to "Rainerova chata" cottage and from there continue to "Zamkovskeho chata" cottage, find the great waterfall in the forest. From there you can continue deeper to "Teryho chata" cottage.
- go to Strbske Pleso and hike around the lake there, from there continue to Popradske Pleso with nice lake and a cottage. Find symbolic cemetery dedicated to all the people who died in the mountains while you descend down the road.
To relax after a long hike I recommend going to thermal spa or a relaxing swimming pool. There is a huge thermal park AquaCity in Poprad. I like saunas and a pool in AquaRelax in hotel Titris in Tatranska Lomnica, and if you need some healthy treatment for your bones, thermal spa in Vrbov is the place to go.
