Accommodations are suitable. Great location, clean unit. Easy access to sky train and no hassle parking. Beds are comfortable. A little lack of privacy, no curtains/blinds on kitchen windows and very sensitive shower. Cindy does a great job of communicating. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was as expected, no disappointments. The walls are very thin so when someone is staying on the other side of the house we can hear them very loudly.

We enjoyed our stay here however we lost some of our food when the fridge was not operating correctly, no compensation was offered for food loss.

Jake’s group booked for 11 days Oct 22 – Nov 1. After 4 days, we received a message on Oct 25 that the fridge was not working and they fixed it. We thought it strange that they never reported the problem until 4 days after their arrival and stranger that they only told us after they took it upon themselves to fix the fridge (they said they are fridge mechanics) and then were asking for compensation. Most people will not do this, tamper with the homeowner appliance or property without permission, even if professional in that area of expertise. They sent photo on Oct 29, 4 days after they apparently “fixed” the fridge, of the fridge taken apart so it was a fairly radical thing to do without permission. How do we know there was in fact a problem since they never told us in advance or gave us a chance to see the fridge condition? They sent picture of our fridge taken apart but no picture of any ruined food or receipt of the food. I think Jake should have reported the fridge not working and allowed us to see the condition of the fridge, and then ask permission to fix it, not tell us afterwards. Especially since the fridge was working perfectly before his arrival.
