Bring your bed linens, and food. For basic cleaning, bed making and dish washing, help can be arranged for an extra $10 a day that go directly to the caretaker.
If there are coconuts available in the palm trees, you are welcome to have them but would need to pay a local "coconut man" to bring them down for you. You can ask the caretaker for help with this.

Located just a 2.5 kms from good surfing spots and 30 mins by car from the city of San Miguel where you can find grocery stores and restaurants. There are local mini marts and food shacks at Cuco´s downtown, which is at a walking distance from the house.

The beach house is located aprox. 3 hours from San Salvador city where the family lives, so you will be greeted at the house by the caretaker. The family will not be present during your stay, unless previously requested and arranged. If you wish to be greeted by one of the owners, or have personalized attention (including food service) it can be arranged for an additional fee. The beach house is located aprox 2.5 hours from the airport. Transportation can be arranged for an additional fee too.
